Twelve kinds of work, all on metal, none of it replacement.
All of it is repair work
We do not install metal roofs and we do not tear them off. Everything below is work done on a roof that is already there, to keep it there longer.
A metal roof fails in a small number of specific ways, nearly all of them at the fasteners, the laps, the penetrations and the trim. Most jobs turn out to be a combination of two or three of them, and it is cheaper to fix all of them while somebody is already up there.
What we work on
Metal Roof Leak Repair
Water shows up almost never directly under the hole that let it in. We trace it back through the fastener lines, the laps and the penetrations until we find every entry point.

Panel Replacement and Sheet Repair
Punctured, badly dented or corroded through, it comes off and a new one goes on, profile and finish matched so the repair is not the first thing you see.

Fastener and Screw Replacement
Phoenix heat walks screws out of the purlin and destroys the washers sealing them. We reset the line, oversized where the original hole has spun out.

Side laps, end laps, ridge caps, valleys, and where a patio cover meets the house. More Valley leaks start here than anywhere except the fasteners.

Lifted panels, peeled ridge caps and gable trim, and punctures from whatever the wind carried. Documented properly if you are going to file a claim.

A silicone or acrylic system over a deck that is still sound, seams and fasteners detailed first. It buys service life. It does not fix a failed roof.

Surface rust, pinholes and edge corrosion, treated and sealed. In a climate this dry the water comes from something on the roof, and we find that first.

Standing Seam Repair
Concealed clip systems behave differently from exposed fastener roofs. Seam separation, failed clips and oil canning are their own problem.
