Terms of service

Last updated September 11, 2026

  • Metal roofs only
  • Repair, not replacement
  • Every defect photographed
  • Serving the whole Valley

These terms apply when you use this website and when you ask Phoenix Metal Roof Repair to look at or work on your roof. By using this website or requesting service, you agree to them.

What we do

We repair metal roofs in metro Phoenix. That includes leak repair, panel and sheet repair, fastener replacement, seam and flashing work, coating and recoating, rust and corrosion treatment, storm damage repair and roof inspection.

We do not install new roofs, carry out full roof replacements or tear offs, or work on tile, shingle, foam or other non metal coverings. We do not install, service or remove solar equipment. Where a job falls outside what we do, we will tell you and, where the roof is beyond repair, we will say so plainly rather than referring you into work we cannot perform.

Enquiries, estimates and quotes

Information on this website is general and is not a quote. Nothing here is a promise about the condition of your roof or what it will cost to repair.

We give a price after we have inspected the roof. Any figure given before an inspection, including anything discussed on the phone or by message, is an indication only and is not binding.

A written quote is based on what was visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Metal roofs regularly conceal conditions that cannot be seen until fasteners are removed or a panel is lifted, most commonly damage to purlins or decking from water that has been getting in for some time. If we find something that materially changes the work, we will stop, tell you, and agree how to proceed before continuing. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without your agreement.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the roof and for telling us about anything that affects it, including unstable structures, fragile roof areas, live electrical equipment, dogs and any restriction imposed by a homeowners association or landlord.

Work on metal roofs in this climate is scheduled around heat and weather. Through the summer we start early because a metal roof surface becomes unsafe to work on later in the day. We may need to reschedule for heat, wind, rain or lightning, and we will tell you as early as we can when that happens.

During monsoon season, roofs that are actively letting water in may be prioritised ahead of scheduled work, which can move an appointment.

Photographs and records

We photograph defects as part of every inspection and job. Those photographs form the record of what was found and what was done, and a copy is provided to you.

We will not publish any photograph identifying your property without asking you first and getting your agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.

Repairs, and what a repair is

A repair addresses identified defects. It is not a guarantee that no other part of the roof will fail, and on an ageing roof it is common for further defects to appear elsewhere afterwards, particularly where the fasteners and sealant across the roof are all of a similar age. Where we can see that coming, we will tell you at the time of inspection so you can decide the scope of work with that in mind.

Any warranty on our workmanship, and any manufacturer warranty on materials, will be stated in writing with the job. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty.

Limitations

We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that existed before we attended, from work carried out by others, from equipment installed on the roof by others, or from weather events after our work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any job is limited to the amount paid for that job.

Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information about metal roofs and their common failures in this climate. It is not advice about your specific roof, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for having your roof inspected.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free. Content and pricing information may change without notice.
